FNTN Acquisition of IDB Question

After reading over FNTN Press Releases for the um-tenth time I have one question I'd like to see if someone has the answer to. Having seen numerous acquisitions of companies, and also having one of the companies I worked for in the past acquired, I'm interested in how will the acquisition of IBD be completed?

Will IBD become a wholly owned subsidiary of FNTN staying an independent company, or will IBD be fully absorbed into FNTN Inc.?

I would appreciate any thoughts, comments, on the above, or perhaps someone may already know the have the answer.

Below I've quoted Michael Sheppard's, and Dwayne Pass's comments from the Press release. I can not see anything that answers my question. I've only been a shareholder for 2 months, and have not read all the posts on the old thread, and may have missed a few here, perhaps someone out there has covered this before.

I'm very interested in the triangle of the FNTN acquisition of IBD and IBD's the strategic marketing alliance with Empire Financial Group Inc.

Thanks
