The DGIV "true believers" remind me of religious fanatics. Dissent (heresy) is not tolerated, and when people point out suspicious areas like ... the technical aspects of how exactly DGIV is going to provide telephone service, etc. they get assaulted. That must have been a different Paul McGinnis.
