Tina....im green at this also.......but am of the opinion that until you actually SIGN something...you are only on the list.....of potential sue...eeee's.. The law firm handling the suit need the name/s of one or more investors who can file the action as plaintiff/s. Everyone else who is part of the "class"--in this case those who held shares during a specific period of time, and lost money, whether they sold or not--will be included automatically. All will be notified eventually, and required, if they wish to take part, to submit documentation of their trades. Apart from that, they needn't do anything or pay anything. Remember, though: these things take a LONG time.
