You are right, but there are benefits... Mostly to the corporation.. No State Income tax... Also, more legitiment corps are headquartered in Nev than anywhere. I had a problem with mine one time getting a loan form a bank simply because it was a Nev corp. Once I told the bank loan officer that their bank was a nevada corp also it completely changed their minds. It is a rather good business decision to be Nev. based. As shareholders, we are allowed by law to have access to the corporate bylaws... The articles are not so important as to how the corp is governed and what powers are given to the general shareholders... ~Scott
