Dear Vegas,

I agree that there won't be much time to wait if in fact Yakobson has signed. My reasoning is slightly different: the deal has been in Texaco's hands for (I'm guessing) 3 months now. They've gone over it and over it and it probably wasn't given to Yakobson until after Texaco management was comfortable with the wording. If Yakobson signed with no issues, then there is no need for any deliberation on the part of Texaco. Their signature should not be a time consuming activity at this point.

Regards,
Chris
