Perceptronics Establishes InterGame(TM) Advisory Board

WOODLAND HILLS, Calif., Aug. 14 /PRNewswire/ -- Perceptronics, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: PCTR) today announced that it had formed and activated an InterGame Advisory Board to help the Company position, develop and market its planned HLA-based InterGame(TM) software for networking multi-player, on-line games and other complex virtual environments on the Internet.
The Advisory Board members represent a broad diversity of fields and experience: Dr. Danny Cohen is Perceptronics' principal scientist and is internationally recognized for his seminal contributions to both the ARPANET (the precursor of the Internet) and the Internet itself. Steven Corda is assistant director of new ventures at Hughes Electronic Corporation and has over 14 years experience in the telecommunications industry. Chris Harz is an independent consultant working primarily in computer gaming and animation. Todd Kesselman is a principal in Vantera Partners and has extensive experience with financing, merger and acquisition of new ventures. Michael Laney is vice president and CFO of Dacor Industries and is widely experienced in business aspects of entertainment, via his former operating positions in feature animation at the Warner Bros. and Disney studios, and also of aerospace Industry. Jay Puryear is the editor of GameFan magazine and is knowledgeable on all aspe! cts of computer games and the gaming industry. Gene Scher is a principal in November Lazar Scher, a leading Hollywood firm in licensing and development of entertainment properties and products.
