a while back, an "infamous" naysayer repeatedly questioned DGIV "credibility/cash reserve". In view of the DGIV/NMSS announcement and the latest newsletter, my question would be: How can a company with such purported "cash reserve" problems be involved in a major alliance, buying top-of-the-line hi-tech products from an up-and-coming,expanding company like NMSS? how can a "cash strapped"company buy high-end products from Oracle? could the answer be: there is more to DGIV than meets the eye, and the time will come when we know what DGIV is all about!
