LE, see my previous post and consider that if Arif knows the company isn't doing well as you postulate in your post, then perhaps when the numbers do get out, the company will go into bankruptcy proceedings. If that occurs, Arif, with his hoards of shares could be awarded the lion's share of the bankruptcy award, and the rest of us may receive little more than a smile and a good bye wave from Arif.
