To anyone thinking of answering my question ... (WHAT did Marc Cabi say)-- I just re-read various posts, and, I think I've got it. But, in the interest of providing a (semi) permanent sort of an "audit trail" to possibly be used in the future in, perhaps ... a lawsuit against either Marc Cabi or First Boston, or, just to show (clearly) just how inept Wall Street "analysts" can be -- would someone please post the (absurd) comments about how QCOM might have to pay back 20% of revenues (instead of 20% of royalties)? Jon.
