Can anyone explain to me how a 90M company can buy a 120M company?

Of course they cannot. the way people are whining here, you would
think that it was a $27.50 tender offer! Look at the financials on
MCAF. The only advantage they have is a P/E of about 60.
Think about it... CYE just might have done the right thing to avoid
this "highly dilutive" merger with what is arguably, a smaller company.

It'll be interesting to see what happens today....
