PFCK FUNDING moving forward Steve just called me 1) The Mits source for funding has had the agreement signed for fee schedule, the "finder" has agreed to structure. meeting set up for Aug 26th to "hammer it out" ...you know how these construction boys are, go nowhere without their hammer 2) The "10 M resource that would be an equity transaction." (Aug 11 news release)has invited PFCK boys Steve Peacock , Clyde Feyrer, and Steve Arella to Houston to hopefully "close this deal for 10 M cash infusion" REAL $$$$$$$$. They fly down Wed. So keep your fingers crossed as things are looking good....enjoy the weekend...sheldon
