Obviously George I was being facetious with you. I do look for the biotech sector to outperform markedly long term. In a severely declining market anything can happen, witness the July debacle amongst the biotech sector, basically the whole sector declined indiscriminately. Longer term by focusing in on biotechs with superior technology platforms, advancing drugs and strong finances success is far more likely. The sector also does seem attractive, as the latest broad market decline of the past week or so didn't particularly affect the biotech sector, after lagging the bulk of the year.

For the above reasons I own shares in : AGPH, ARQL, SEPR, VRTX, GLFD amongst others within the biotech sector.
