LH, I think a more reasonable explanations is that a mm is short some shares and needs to cover. The resuming of trading again really has nothing to do with ICVI/MTEI. It has more to do with an MM simple accepting the responsibility and having the opportunity to buy and sell at their advantage... With over 300K shares trades today, I can't imagine much of them being buys, and if they are, the mm's are making a killing, buying for a nickel and selling for over .30... Wish I was in that business... ~Scott
