Are you suggesting that RMIL never checked Zaparra's references before they cut a stock deal with him? They just issued him shares?

Will someone explain again how this 3 way split of shares supposedly was set up? As I understand from one version by a shareholder, the officers arranged to pay Zaparra in shares for his promoting of the company. They also were to receive some shares back as I understand the post. (Will someone please check previous posts?) Those are typically called kickbacks...highly frowned upon by the regulatory agencies...

So, hypothetically, two good businessmen made an agreement with a promoter, and included in that agreement a kickback in shares back to them. They were fooled by this person they cut a kickback with?

Somehow that does not sound reasonable. If one is cutting a shady deal, the party cutting the shady deal would already know the other party is shady, or the deal would not be done. Yet, you suggest that the company was fooled by his bs. It doesn't make sense.

The companies fall for Zapara's line of BS.
