Looking at an Equity Digest report on AAPC. No question in my mind that institutions will grab the stock at 14-16. Why? Forward sales for 1999 will be about $500 million. The average price to sales ration in this industry is 1.3x. $500,000,000 / 20,000,000 shares (after issue) =$25x1.3 gives an implied stock price of $32.50. Institutions will grab stock at 1/2 times sales
