I agree deal will go through. I personally voted against it although I knew it was going to be approved by shareholders. The board obviously knew about these problems before they voted. The only thing that I think was at all misleading was the fact that the AT&T contract was lost to Lucent. The information I previously saw indicated Ciena 16 channel just was not up to demands. Now information indicates that contract was lost to Lucent because of software problems. For your information, I still own all my Tellabs and have no plans to sell at these prices. I still think Ciena is worth less than the agreement, but that is just one stockholder's opinion and I am in the minority. Good luck to all.
