Wonder, how about the copper mine and the military copper dump not longer produce copper?With the saving to fund some cut like the company use to spend million dollar every month for drilling parts and belts send to russia by air fair, dont tell me no way to fund one or more company who willing to sell or make parts. The Russian have 250 million residents I bet you dollar to donut if someone sit on the internet and look around send emails ,"we need parts for drilling or mining or explositions " the have all for minimum 50% or less and the love to make new parts for dollar. Russia have well educated engineer group about 25 million, list 10 million metal engineers.The all have computers and all on the internet, and all happy to make the old U.S buck. One way to save.
