Possible scenario for full force rally. Clinton testifies Monday after which he addresses the American people. Admits an "impropor" relationship developed after a strong friendship. The key then is the polls after his address which show his job approval still high but tarnished a bit. Polls also show a very strong majority don't want impeachment hearings but want the whole thing to be over. Looking at the polls Congress (other than Bob Barr and a few) will have no appetite for impeachment. Foreigners and US investors will see a Constitutional Crisis unlikely and this will be used as a reason behind the tremendous rally that follows Marc.
