Positives:

1) I can get some more COMS real cheap, probably below
20. GREEAAAT BARGAIN!!

2) We will get to see shareholder revolt and have Eric B.
"strung up" by lots of SI posters.

3) We can all have more fun hanging around SI waiting another
year for COMS to digest another merger. Soooooo much fuuuunn.
I won't be able to take it.

4) David Lawrence will recoup some losses on ADPT.

Negatives:

5) David Lawrence will add to his COMS losses, but thankfully,
they are only paper losses.
