Hence, ARTT will probably be purchased by someone with better resources, who can put those licenses to better use. The fact that ARTT itself may not be able to finance the $1b or so for build out does not lessen the inherent value of the licenses. Indeed, if you are FON, why would you care what financing WCII or ARTT has? You would just buy the cheapest asset, which is ARTT, not WCII.
