Congrats on the grub, well done, as to the useful information, yes I do agree that it adds value to the grub... Grub plus * However.... As for the profitable part, I must reprimand you as that is a matter not only, strictly off topic but further it is a matter of opinion, willingness for risk taking, license to give advise and other mundane considerations that hardly are "on topic" for this the pure and pristine Grub Trophy Case.
