Karun, I was skimming the article and saw the statement on additional financing (and the issue has been raised in the past). LGND has indicated that an add on would not be required and their filing seems to support that position. I believe that they are getting ready to do a deal or two and as usual, the deals involve an equity position by their partners.

After I talked to IR, I indicated that I suspected a deal or two was in the works and I have indicated that LGND's deals involve equity positions.

I think that you have been reading too much of our famous naysayer (and virtual partners in crime).
