Nick: What predictions are you talking about? Hope you were ignoring posts by hypesters like Pakman2000--they don't even figure into my thinking, except as contrary indicators. (Ron Harvey's take on this is accurate--if you can stomach the arrogance and awful humor.) Basically, anything of any value was posted here weeks before the IPO date. After that, idiotic posters from hell descended like flies on you know what.

There was enough solid information on the thread to base decisions on. Everything posted by knowledgeable investors here was always of the form "if ... then". No one could have predicted the awful market conditions. It was absolutely clear that buying DRIV was a better deal than owning TSQD once the IPO surfaced on an ugly market day. Read Doc Stone's posts--he's basically right on.

This thread still has not come to grips with a reasonable valuation model for TSQD. How many in the money exercisable options will TSQD have by the end of 98*? My guess is that fully diluted shares will be north of 13 million by the end of 98. A conservative model would now be something like TSQD = 1/2 + .25 x DRIV. Hey, that gives us a value of 3 for TSQD right now! I may be buying TSQD again on Monday.
