Scumbria,

This is the first time I've heard a 10K filing referred to as a pre-announcement. Can you tell me what incremental information was contained in the 10K? I compared the outlook section to earnings CC notes and the 10K restates what was said two months ago. The DLJ upgrade was made knowing what NSM's business was like two months ago.
