Mike, The fact is, if ACTV will be bought out as I suspect, it will have to be a friendly takeover. Nothing else would work, we hold the patents in a separate holding company. That's our poison pill. I am stating that the enormity of the cable industry in real terms will be overwhelming to a company like ACTV. Samuals is an educator and a hell of nice guy. His interest lies in the education part of the business. Entertainment is means to an end. He is in the right place at the right time after nine years. We all are. We as stockholders will never get to realize the full appreciation that the entertainment side will be capable of. Will get rolled into the TCI/ATT/FOX Liberty Media mess, at some point in the near future, or get paid cash, which I have had happen before. FMG
