OK, now what do I do with all these tomatoes
ripening at the same time :)

My family is only used to fresh tomatoes, eaten
as slices, or on salads or in BLT's. What would
be some simple cooked forms of tomatoes I could
introduce my family to that would work with fresh
or canned tomatoes? Or should I just turn the extras
into spaghetti sauce?
