One thing I really like about FAMH is how they take the role of the employer and provide work for their employees. From an employees perspective this is the classic "lifetime job." The only concern of the employee is to perform his or her job - no office politics - fewer personality complaints.

FAMH will actually upgrade employee skills through retraining. When I think about this I can see how much FAMH has learned in 19 years of being in business.

Fortunately FAMH is not yet an internet company, on the contrary FAMH has real offices with real staff with real experience. Competing with internet headhunters should be a lot easier for FAMH than the reverse for say INFE.

That's why I am hanging onto all of my FAMH shares and I'm thankful that folks like Brad and Cheryl brought this company to my attention although things have not worked as smoothly as I would have liked. I remain very long FAMH!!!!!
