It looks like Randy and Sukey (reminds me of Gumby and Pokey) may be serious about trying to turn the Titanic around. The only three problems they face are Arif, Arif, Arif.... otherwise known as the "Great Barrier Arif."
I'm looking forward to seeing the 1996 audit.. it won't be very relevant to the present operations, but the commentary might hint at what 1997 will look like.
Terry, I am not sure I understand the following paragraph:
<<<<One thing I really like about FAMH is how they take the role of the employer and provide work for their employees. From an employees perspective this is the classic "lifetime job." The only concern of the employee is to perform his or her job - no office politics - fewer personality complaints.>>>>
I thought temp services are supposed to be employers. Nothing in that statement to differentiate them from other temp firms. Have you ever been a temp? No office politics? Hah. Nothing I would want to do for a lifetime, certainly.
<<<FAMH will actually upgrade employee skills through retraining. When I think about this I can see how much FAMH has learned in 19 years of being in business.>>>>
You've been to their training sessions... or is this a rumor obtained from a post on this board? What are they training people in? How many people? Most temp companies I am familiar with offer skills upgrading... again, nothing to set FAMH apart.
MTEI has "real offices with real staff with real experience"... check out the thread sometime at: Subject 21501
Other companies with real operations (and crummy stock prices): Crown Books, MFN, Boston Chicken...
Plenty of temp firms lose money. Opening one doesn't guarantee profits.
I might be thankful for folks like Brad and Cheryl if they didn't have such a history of pumping a stock for a while then disappearing when times get tough.
Also, if they didn't believe anything a company officer told them, and if they hadn't been so tight with future felon Ira Monas (Brad having a half dozen phone numbers to reach Ira, Ira calling Brad at home, etc.) Hmmm... didn't Brad say something about this being a $20 stock by now?
Rest assured, though, if FAMH can show any sort of profits, they'll be back to this board like hungry hyenas. |
