Daniel, how's this one - Cliffs Drilling (CLDR)
C = +509, 408, NA, 138 Earnings
+39, 104, -1, +117 Sales
A = +95%
N = Turnkey oil drilling (ok, so its not a new business, but suddenly lots of demand for it. They are fully booked for the next year already.)
S = 5.4 M float
L = relative strength = 99
I = 14% funds
M = oil business is still real good. The oil drilling sector is #1 rated sector in IBD

CLDR has run up from the mid 30 price range to the low 50 price range in the last two months. EPS in 1997 is forecasted to be about $3.00. If CLDR moves up 50% in the next year, its PE would still be less than the current average PE for the other top rated oil drilling stocks.
