Things don't look good. Ten months ago management wanted to buy MPRS for $240 mil. Hasbro's buying it for now $70 million. When Cendant had to restate earnings because of financial irregularities, the CEO and several directors were forced to step down. The same thing happens to GT, and poor ole Gregor is the only guy to get the ax. Obviously Ron C. didn't have a clue about what was happening, uh huh, sure he didn't. A second offering couldn't fly way back, when the stock was in the UPPER teens, why would it now. A buck lower and its play the MPRS game of reverse split or be come delisted. When will these guys get a clue?? Oh yeah Abe's gonna save the day, what a joke. Management better get the buckets cause this ones awash in red ink and going down fast.
Cheers
Bill
