Walter---That's old news. Summer of '97 the big news was that UMSI was filing papers to try to get on one of the big boards. They were suppose to file a 10Q sometime in Sept.. Everyone waited-----and waited---and waited. Finally all news stopped completely. Not til' it was too late and all the investors were sucked in did we find out that the "Baker Boyz" had sucked the company dry, thumbed their crooked noses at us and walked away, and nobody did a damn thing that I know of. I for one hate to see them get away with it. Art
