I,

**OT**

Russia - There are a substantial number of people in Russia as it is the largest portion of the old USSR. If that economy fails in its efforts to switch to a Democracy (no easy task, remember 'WE' grew up with Democracy) it could well resort back to Communism. Should that occur, the Cold War would likely be resumed. Resumption of a 'cold war' would very likely dampen the 'world' economy that has been developed. If countries were to 'nationalize' the companies that have been started by various 'outside countries', those investments would be immediately lost to the investing company. That would mean that the plant that DELL built (is building) in China could all of a sudden not be DELLs any more, without payment! That would be a kinda' spendy lesson!

Many of the Russian people, especially the Army, have not been paid in months! These are the guys with the GUNS! And how many months could you go without income? Scared yet?

I think that for the Russians to succeed in their effort is in all of our interests.

JMHO

Regards,

Ken
