Your sarcasm is like a ...

What you fail to recognize in the Kevin remark is
that Intel seems to be picking nits when trying
to get faster devices by using cheap tricks -
cooling cache chips in addition to CPU itself.
It means that the Pentium-II device is about the
ceiling of it's design capabilities. This is
important for making projections and judge Intel's
promises. "Intel delivers"- not anymore.
