My bitch with the TSE is that it allows insiders to sell their shares and they don't have to report it till 30 days later. For this day and age the TSE is behind the times and my only conclusion is that they want to protect the insiders so they will list on the exchange.
Even thought the poor SOB's like you and I can get hammered by crooked CEO's and upper management who hype their stock while they are dumping their shares and then 30 days later you find out they have dumped their shares and guess what the company is in trouble.
