Ken, The really nice part about some of those numbers, is that some of them are already reality (the 50 million run rate). The Locus deal and the TWC deal are of course not finalized, but from the latest I have heard sound very promising. I am not really worried at this point about our share price, as I don't think that it makes much difference at all at this point with respect to Joe selling the company for some very nice number/share. There are always potholes out there, but Murphy has shown us that he does a good job getting around them or having a back up plan in place (or three) in case one doesn't work out. James
