The following is something I just typed up on Yahoo and comes as the result of a very bizarre series of posts that have stirred up the hornet's nest beyond my tolerable limits.
I have spent an extraordinary amount of time researching this company, talking to all the people involved in this company and checking and rechecking all the information that I come across. But I have now reached a point where I can no longer take what I am witnessing. I had a 45 minute conversation with Mr. Monski this afternoon and found him utterly disturbing. I'll go into why in a moment. More importantly, I find my health failing me as of late. My physical health has deteriorated rapidly, my emotional health has checked out on vacation and my relationships and friendships have suffered. Well, today was the last straw. I cannot continue my life like this. Accordingly, I will have to count on the collective group of Yahoo fans who monitor this board to restore some amount of maturity and dignity here. But my life was challenging enough without the circus we witnessed in the past 24 hours. So here's what I feel comfortable doing at this point. Every night or other night I will be posting my thoughts on Silicon Investor based on any information I have accumulated or seen. I'll transfer them over here too. And that's it. Take my thoughts for what you feel they are worth. I won't be responding to ANY posts at this point nor do I care to. If there is any significant information happening out there, believe me it will come across my ears pretty quickly. My personal life has suffered greatly as a result of some of the sacrifices that I made and felt were worth it in the pursuit of assisting others in this investment. After today, I can only hope what I started will be continued and that others will appreciate my efforts. If not, such is life. I look at it this way. All the information that has been placed before us has convinced me thoroughly that this company will see significant fundamental value in the coming 12 months. I expect eps of .40 for this year at least. I believe that number only has upside based on the potential new product lines/expansions that Colin will bring to the stock. This and all the other facts I have showed you give me great pride and confidence to hold this stock and hold it long-term. I believe we have the added bonus here of a short position that will eventually get squeezed and be forced to cover. I have stated my views repeatedly on this subject so I shan't belabor it. I feel the short position is 4 million shares or higher and will be broken quite violently. But I will now be removing myself from the trench warfare that I see happening now. I figure one of a few things will happen. Either I am right about this in which case I will make some outstanding profits. Or BobMonski and his new breed of hyper-bashing will succeed in bringing the stock down to levels where the shorts can cover their position, send him an anonymous gift for the financial salvation he gave them, and the stock will then go up without a short position to a fair valuation. Anyway, I'm beginning to feel like I will have very little to do one way or another with where this goes by constant hour to hour monitoring. So, I will post what I think at night and be done with it. I know there are quite a few quality people on this thread and elsewhere that are invested in this stock. I truly cannot wait to see them all rewarded. I can't wait to meet so many people in Cancun one day. I hope many will understand that I have always walked a different path and have felt that, as of late, I have been out of synch with who I am and what I stand for. My relationships and friends are most important to me and it is time for me to focus on what is truly important in life. I have a strong feeling TGSK will work itself out and bring all of us the extremem valuation we all covet. If the facts laid before haven't already convinced you, then I don't suppose I can do much more at this point. This company checks out on every level. Don't let the horseshit that has been passed around as of late cloud your vision.
On that note, let me say that I hope that ALL the regulars on this forum will do me the strong favor and maintain civility and decorum TOWARDS EACH OTHER. Keep all egos in check and remember people are here on this thread to LEARN and BENEFIT from each other, not insult and degrade each other.
To Bob Monski and others with questions about my phone call with him: I believe this man to be seriously disturbed. Clinically, certifiably disturbed. This man has made it his life chore to "save us" from bb stocks and his religion is to find the most popular bb stocks and attack them with all the venom he can carry. He does not care what or who they are. In his mind, if they are a bb stock, they are a scam. Period. He will NEVER concede a single positive thing about the company. And what is so sad and blatant here is that he has done absolutely NO research on TGSK. I took him point by point through the research I had done and it was an endless string of "no, I was not aware of that" and "can you prove that". He did not even know who Bob Moody was. He hadn't spoken to any suppliers. He demanded that we talk fundamentals and when I gave him all the info that showed why we were heading towards .35 or better eps for the year, he shifted gears and said "if you believe the share count" and tried to take me back down that path. It was an endless battle with him on every point because he will NEVER concede a point. Someone mentioned this already and it is true. This man has already made up his mind. Now he will fit every fact and piece of information to fit his pre-conceived profile. There is no debate with him. He told me several times about all the REPORTING companies with 100% accuracy on their figures that he has exposed as scams. Think about that. I don't care if you filed an Ernst & Young direct audit, if this man is set against your company he will claim that it was polluted, wrong or hid all the real problems. He has a real sickness. What's more disturbing is that he denied throughout the entire phone call that he was even wrong about the bankruptcy issue being colin's dad. He conceded that it wasn't his information (whose WAS it?). Yet he spouted off all day about what a scam this company was BECAUSE of the CEO's bankruptcy filing when he never spent the time to get full confirmation of the true facts. He accused me of blatant lies and misinformation. When I asked him to name one, his only one he could come up with was that my definition of bankruptcy dismissal was in error. I guess being a lawyer and having looked up the legal context of bankruptcy dismissals shouldn't be accepted over his opinion since he suddenly has become the bankruptcy expert. Anyway, that was the ONLY thing he could come up with. Basically everything he said was "they're all scams", "that's typical with these companies" and "i've never been wrong before so I must be right on this". This guy by the way has been kicked off of Silicon Investor and, from what I have heard from others privately, another board at least. He is quite disturbed, especially becuase he has no money invested in this and does nothing else with his life. He told me "I probably do need to find something better to do with my life." I feel I was very reasonable with him and presented many facts that he had never bothered to easily investigate. In the end, he said he would tone down his end as maybe, just maybe this company could have something but time would tell. I come back and find every one of his posts is right back to his absolute horseshit stance. Well, Mr. Monski, I believe based on the allegations you have placed before us against TGSK that you sir, are a slam dunk conviction by either the SEC or state securities authorities for the intentional dissemination of false or negligently false information that has greatly impacted the market action of a stock. You sir, I believe are in violation of enough laws to warrant a very clear investigation into your behavior. I won't make that decision but you can believe that as we speak the evidence you have presented will be compiled and you WILL be pursued for this reckless behavior. I highly recommend that all individuals that talk to Mr. Monski tape the conversation and submit copies to TGSK's legal counsel. What is so sad too is that here his self-proclaimed goal is to save innocent investors. Yet in this case, all the investors that bought this stock at 2.50 or higher and took a loss because they sold on his campaign of disinformation will be the innocent ones that lose in this case. I am simply amazed at this man's stamina. I don't know when he even sleeps. I do believe he has a clinical disorder, an ego the size of a Hatteras and some very serious legal problems coming his way.
Anyway, I have gone on and on. I can't engage in these guerilla tactics. They will take their toll too heavily. I will be presenting my information in a straightforward single entry presentation. Everyone can read it at their leisure. Don't bother responding because I simply won't engage in any more battles. Too high a toll on the other important things in my life. I wish the very best to all that I have personally corresponded to. I am still always available by email (streiter@texas.net) but I can honestly say that I plan on trying to distance myself from this somewhat. I have seen plenty to maintain my confidence and hold this stock long, long term. Please take care everyone. I am sorry it has come down to this but I do firmly believe that, in the end, good wins. I will be unavailable somewhat for the next week as I will be assisting my grandfather in Florida move into a nursing home. I will check in infrequently but I will be at least keeping my eyes and ears open. Best of health to all.
