For those confused about what a "high tight flag" looks like, AAPL is pretty durn close to one right now.

The only thing that perhaps disqualifies it is the fact that the move into the flag was not straight up. (Pretty close, though.)

If AAPL can stay above about 39 1/2, it's forming an incredibly tight little flag.

Today's close in a rotton market was quite bullish. I noticed a 50K trade at 40 5/8 just after the close, BTW. The kind of panicky run up at the close on a Friday on a bad day of a bad week with much uncertainty over the coming weekend (Slick, Russia, Hong Kong, China, etc. etc. etc.) shows where sentiments really lie - traders are more worried about being left behind than they are about market risk.
