Hi Russ:

I wonder why the increase in shares outstanding? That is a bit strange. I am most concerned with GNNX's seeming lack of concern. The stock drops quite a bit and nothing heard from the company, one assumes if they had something good to say, they would say it and stop the free fall. When they don't say anything, investors assume there is nothing more to say and sell, a bad vicious cycle. They have to stop the cycle or risk being a penny stock. Let's see what happens next week :)))
