Tom, Thanks for your response. It's quite helpful. At the risk for displaying my ignorance, should I have known about the <<Shift-F4>> command to find port. control? I don't recall getting a manual with Newport, but then again I'm not real diligent about reading "Read Me" files that come with s/w (While I fully appreciate the cost, space and tree savings of online manuals, I'm from the old school of computing and prefer real vs. virtual manuals). Or is it your close association with Mr. Norman that gives you these insights into Newport's inner workings? --Dennis--
