1)maybe some restricted shares have been freed up from pp and are now being dumped 2)people realized that it was taking longer that thought to get sales so jumped ship 3)people realize that ozon would be dead $ for now until next report so moved $ into other stocks 4)recent market turndown hammers all stocks especially small cap ones that dont show good revenues now samir
