David...I'm just curious as to how you came up with the proposed price of 14-16 dollars for this offering??? Have you talked to anyone at McDonald or Wheat First??? Both of these firms are pretty well known regional boutique investment banking firms which is a plus. Normally these firms do pretty high quality deals... I would say that by in large the deals are in excess of $10 per share. So just to speculate some what could possibly go wrong?? The market could go in the toilet and the deal could be delayed and/or pulled. Demand for the deal could be weak and the price could be reduced. Just trying to play the devils advocate. I'm wondering if the retail side at either one of these firms knows about this deal? I mean it almost seems too good to be true MAF
