Jonj,
Have held this stock for over 9 months. . . I have averaged up and down from my initial buy rec at $1.50 ask. My reasons for buying and holding have not changed. I take a buy and hold approach with small cap stocks like TSSW. In the past, I have done very well in small cap stocks using this approach. I have had my share of losers but the winners have more than made up for these losses. Believe that TSSW has the cash and thus the time to turn its operations around. It is in the best interest of the major insider shareholders ( Insiders own about 21% ) within the company and the rest of us shareholders outside the company to turn the mgt of the company over to a new CEO. I am anxious to see who will assume this position. The company remarked that they are close to announcing a replacement soon. I am sure that the company wanted to get all the bad news out with this last earnings release so the new person will have a clean slate to deal with.
Still believe that this company would be a great takeover play . . more cash and investment than the current price and over 10.5 million ($1.31) in accumulated deficit that a takeover company could use to offset future gains.
