Small Cap Listing Requirements: I'm piecing together some of the current story on OZON. I will have a number of answers or at least a much better idea of what's going on by the end of the week. So how did OZON arrive at 19/32's and actually sell as low as 1/2 yesterday? Lets start with the question about what it takes to maintain a NASDAQ small cap listing. How does OZON measure up? Unfortunately OZON does not currently have the minimum $1 share price. It's possible that Cyclo3pss could file for an extension if they can show how they will meet other requirements but the stock is trading too low. Here are those requirements: nasdaq.com I will be swinging by Cyclo3pss later this week when I will try to figure out whether or not it's time to buy more OZON. Right now I am looking at this situation as an opportunity. I know OZON does not want to be delisted. However, even if they are, I would not rule OZON out as a potentially excellent investment.
