Bradpalm, I do not know how "screwed" the current share holders are, since I have no way of evaluating if and when a deal with Texaco will occur, and if it does what is its value to RNTK. But you do need to assume that that eventually the $10 MM bucks will turn into shares, and if you have a strong spiral down it could possibly mean another doubling of the shares base, if not worse. I have no idea how bad it can be. Most other floorless that I have observed, had far greater stock dilution associated with them, but Tokyo Mex says that the bandits are "fair bandits", and as Antonius said, "Bruttus is an honorable man..." , and who am I to doubt the source of Tokyo's information.
