I couldn't have stated it better. But why belabor the obvious?
I don't think there's a person on this thread who is wondering why this stock is a $1-$2 stock. The last report says why the stock hovers in this price range. The history of the financings also say why.
But to start bashing women and management at this point begs the question, What's the motivation to belabor the obvious, and to make derogatory remarks about women and ACTV management? That is my point.
And you are very right to urge caution. Rather than rely on posts by Cowardboy and menmailmen or Ed or Art or Atheist, I urge potential shareholders take a trip to NYC to visit ACTV HQ and decide for themselves as a part of their dd.
IMHO it's a small price to pay for "primary certitude" or abstinence.
Mike, I assure you, I am more than willing to listen to both sides of the story, for example, your reasoning in your post, but I will not accept gratuitous derogatory remarks about ACTV management (whom I doubt that he has spoken with), ACTV personnel, and, in addition, women in general.
Best regards,
