The Underwriters, of the November 14, 1996 Secondary Offering, Rodman, Renshaw, and Hanifen, Imhoff, exercised their option to purchase 187,500 additional shares of CWEI on December 10, 1996. CWEI did not issue a formal news release of this event.
In the trading today there were no large blocks traded--I believe a block is considered 10K and above. Yesterday, CWEI had eight large block trades--there was one 20K buy at 16, and many 10K buys at lower prices before that trade. To summarize the block trades for the week, they were made as low as 15 1/8 and as high as 16, and out of all of them I only saw one 10K sell, all of the rest were buys. |
