Katherine,

Having recently visited the Yahoo board concerning ASECO I was surprised to read a variety of rumors concerning the company (usually SI is a better source of information but there has been no specific information posted here):

* Layoffs of engineering talent
* Lack of success of their new machine vision handler.
* Mismanagement of WED leading to lawsuits and lack of orders there.
* Lack of competitiveness
* General mismanagement

Their current stock price would seem to reflect some of this beyond the slowdown in back-end equipment. Do you have an informed opinion that you would like to share on ASECO?

Thank you,

Dave Rosenthal
