Deer, What surprised me is the lack of decline pre announcement, it is possible that this is already in the stock, but then, that might be wishful thinking. Currently the company, even if the new awful sales continue at this low levels, is selling at less than one year sales. I would guess that with all the new products, this might be the nadir in sales, but I am not convinced. I'd like to know what is the nature of the debt ($10 MM) they got, if it is straight bank credit line, then I am quite positive, if it is a floorless, run for the hills. Zeev
