Joe, here are some floorless I have been following lately, HEC, they have two floorless for $50 MM, and a "remote floorless" of $85 MM becoming floorless in 2002, with a ceiling at $6.5/share.

RNTK has a "leaking floorless", this is a convertible preferred of about $10 MM that the company can draw on every time they run out of cash, they have already drawn $2 MM out of this.

TTRIF apparently just finished its own one year "leaking floorless".

By the way, we have another thread on SI dedicated to "floorless", just do a search on "floorless" in the title.
