Apparently at the time of purchase (by Tow) in 1994, the asset value of the West Virginia land was fixed at about $4.7 million; market value--depending on what valuation model was used--$7-12 million. So I've no idea where Jack got his figure of $2 million.

But we're very obviously not talking $200 million. Not by a longshot.
